Delivery Terms and Conditions

Surcharge of $20 applicable for Specific delivery times request (e.g. exact hour or minute).

For deliveries to shopping malls, hotels, office towers, or buildings with restricted access:

• Delivery will be completed at the designated drop-off point (e.g. loading bay, concierge, lobby, or security counter).
• Door-to-door delivery is not provided in these locations.
• Customers or their representatives are required to be present to collect the order at the drop-off point.

• Failure to be present during the delivery window or to collect from the designated point will be treated as a failed delivery.
• Redelivery may incur additional charges.

Delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, security clearance delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
