COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO DELIVERY LOCATIONS?
We deliver to all parts of Singapore except Sentosa and Jurong Island. However, should there be a location we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to you and make a full-refund.

CAN I MAKE AMENDMENTS TO MY ORDER?
No refunds or cancellation of items is allowed once payment is processed and completed online.
For changes to delivery / self-collection details, sufficient lead time of at least 2 full days’ notice is required. Kindly write in to hello@reeandmummy.com for the requested changes. Please note that a $20 administrative fee will be imposed for every change request.
Ree and Mummy reserves the right to accept or reject request for amendments.

CAN I CANCEL THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER AND CHOOSE TO SELF-COLLECT INSTEAD?
You can change to self-collection by notifying us at least 24 hours before the stated delivery date.
Please note that we will not be able to provide any refunds for such changes/cancellation. As such, kindly check your order carefully before checking out.
Also note that a $20 administrative fee will be imposed for every change request.

CAN I CANCEL THE PICK UP OF MY ORDER AND CHOOSE TO HAVE IT DELIVERED INSTEAD?
Yes you can but this is subject to the availability of our 3rd party delivery vendors. Kindly write in to hello@reeandmummy.com for requested changes.

 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

CHEESECAKE
Best consume cheesecake within 3 – 5 days, store in airtight container in chiller.

TOFFEE
Best consume within 7 days. Store unfinished toffee in the chiller for up to 2 months.

BREAKTHROUGH BOXES
Transfer broken toffee into an airtight container and store in the chiller for up to 2 months.
