For deliveries to shopping malls, hotels, office towers, or buildings with restricted access:
Delivery will be completed at the designated drop-off point (e.g. loading bay, concierge, lobby, or security counter).
Door-to-door delivery is not provided in these locations.
Customers or their representatives are required to be present to collect the order at the drop-off point.
Customer Responsibility
Failure to be present during the delivery window or to collect from the designated point will be treated as a failed delivery.
Redelivery may incur additional charges.
Delays Beyond Control
Delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, security clearance delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
