100% Mao Shan Wang Durian Cake

We use 100% Mao Shan Wang Durian, personally selected at the stall — not pre-packed, not supplier-picked. Every batch starts with us choosing the fruit at peak ripeness for the right balance of bitterness, sweetness, and aroma. If the durian isn’t right, we don’t bake.

2 thick durian layers between 3 layers of  light, ultra-soft chiffon, not masked with heavy cream or artificial flavour. The result is clean, fragrant, and unmistakably durian — soft on the palate, with depth that lingers.

Because quality depends entirely on the durian harvest, this is not a permanent item. It is produced only when suitable fruit is available.

No shortcuts. No stabilised puree. No compromise on fruit selection.
